As an avid mountain climber, avalanche survivor, global citizen, author, TEDx speaker, college professor, electrical engineer, PhD student in Leadership, and equality advocate, I would love to coach you to be a more effective leader!

One-on-One

If you work better individually with a coach this program is fo you. We help you focus, hold you accountable, support your journey, an act as a valued sounding board along the way. We encourage you to work effectively with a broad range of people and improve your emotional intelligence. Every day we are dealing with different obstacles to reach our goals.The coach will help you to apply the new learned tools and techniques in your daily life to achieve your dreams.

Boot Camp

Our Training Series gives leaders powerful tools and practical skills that can be applied immediately back at work. We apply the latest research which spotlights the most effective and impactful methods to support adult learning and habit formation. Each training is 4 sessions through out the month. In each session, we practice & apply the new techniques by using real-life situations.

Accountability Partner

This master mind program is designed for entrepreneurs, leaders, and individuals who are interested to expand their leadership skills and push themselves out of their comfort zone. Each person set a big goal or choose an Everest to climb and through teamwork we climb our Everests together. As a catalyst, I work with you to achieve exceptional and specific measurable results.

Youth Leadership Coaching

I empower young people to reach their potential through collaborative analysis of their personal values, skills and goals. I am passionate to work with youth to create their lives powerfully at a very young age. I work with the client to elevate thei self awareness and cultivate a growth mindset to step into their power zone and gain visibility to their blind spots.
