Imagine a world in which you know what your dream is and know that you can achieve it. You’re taking steps actively towards reaching your dream and even with challenges on the way, you know you’ll get there in the end. It can be difficult and there may be moments of doubt. But deep down, it’s the belief in yourself that will keep you working towards your dreams.

Tag someone who needs to believe in herself

تنها کاری که باید بکنید این است که با داشتن اعتماد به نفس به دنبال چیزی که دوست دارید بروید، راهی که دوست دارید انتخاب کنید و در راستای آن حرکت کنید.
ننشینید که دیگران برای شما تعیین تکلیف کنند، چه می‌دانید در دل و فکر این افراد چه می‌گذرد؟ آیا واقعا از سر دلسوزی حرف می‌زنند و صلاح شما را می‌خواهند؟ یا شاید منتظر دیدن شکست شما یا به دنبال منافع خود هستند؟

When you trust yourself, you know what to do next! When you stop seeking for approval from others, then you are half way there!

احساس گناه را کنار بگذارید. یکی از مسائلی که هرگونه شکوفایی و موفقیت را در انسان می کشد احساس گناه است
از شوماخر پرسیدند چطور می شود که اینقدر شانس بردن تو در مسابقات بالاست؟
جواب داد: من هیچوقت به عقب نگاه نمی کنم!

کاری به اینکه کسی از اطرافیان شما خودرو عوض کرده است نداشته باشید! شما فقط باید روی خود و بهتر شدن خود تمرکز کنید. باید با خودتان رقابت کنید. قرار نیست همه چیز را به یک مسابقه تشبیه کنیم. قرار نیست با همه رقابت کنیم. باید تمرکز روی بهتر شدن خود و نزدیک شدن به اهداف خود باشد.
